Server Logs

When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to our server: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and the date and time of your request. This data is stored in server log files for operational purposes.

Theme Cookie and Consent Storage

This website does not set optional third-party cookies, and it does not activate optional third-party services by default.

We use one small first-party cookie to remember your theme selection:

Theme preference cookie: __Host-elyndra-theme stores either light or dark so the site can apply your chosen theme as early as possible on future visits

This cookie is set only for the Elyndra Systems host, uses Secure, Path=/, and SameSite=Lax, and is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. As with any browser cookie, it is sent only to our own domain as part of normal HTTP requests.

We store your consent preference separately in the browser's localStorage under a dedicated consent entry so the site can remember whether you accepted, rejected, or customized optional categories. The consent record contains your selected categories and the timestamp of your decision. It is used only to control optional frontend features and to avoid showing the consent banner on every visit. This information is never shared with third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a stable user experience and respecting stored privacy choices. Where consent becomes relevant for future optional services, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR applies before such services are activated.

Retention Periods

Server log files: deleted after 7 days
Contact inquiry data: deleted once the matter is resolved, and no later than 3 years after initial contact
Theme preference cookie: expires after 12 months unless you change the theme or clear browser cookies earlier
Consent preference in local storage: remains in your browser until you change your choice or clear site data

Third-Party Services

Fonts are self-hosted and served from our own infrastructure. No external CDNs, analytics providers, tracking pixels, or other optional third-party services are currently active on this website.

If we introduce optional third-party services in the future, they will be assigned to a consent category and will remain disabled until you actively opt in through the consent settings.
